Learn The Language of Breath Online.

Learn to Reconnect to Your Unconscious Self.

Stop Sending Mixed Messages

There is an unending circle of communication within you at all times. The problem that most of us face is that we don't understand our inner language of our own physiology.

If you don't understand your inner language, you are likely sending mixed messages to your physiology, leading to:

  • Low Self-Esteem

  • Lack of Confidence

  • Anxiety

  • Indigestion

  • Sleepless Nights

  • Low Energy

  • Foggy Focus

  • Low Libido

What's even worse? Your physiology is trying to speak to you, but you don't know how to decipher what it is saying! For most of us, this misunderstanding of the internal language within ourselves is the root cause of so many of our problems... and that's what the Language of Breath Online Course wants to help you solve.

What is in the Course?

Week 1

Rethinking the "Mind and Body" paradigm

See Details

In this course, I challenge you to look at yourself through a different paradigm than the traditional "mind and body." Instead we focus on how we are all one single organism and we experience ourselves in two ways - consciously and unconsciously. The first week is focused on learning how to become aware of this new way of self-experience. We do this by learning the 5 Tenets of The Language of Breath and The Awareness Exercise. I will take you through the guided tracks to help you develop a feeling of awareness of your unconscious self, so you aren't just guessing.

Week 2

Learning how to use inflection and tone when speaking to your unconscious self

See Details

This section takes a look at how breathing is full of complexity. There are lots of variables in every breath, and HOW we take each breath is comparable to HOW we speak words - there is a difference between saying "I love you," with one tone and inflection versus screaming it! The meaning changes based on the tone and inflection, and in week 2 we focus on HOW your breathing does this and how to use the tone and inflection you truly wish to use so that your unconscious self will get the right message. There are guided sessions and techniques.

Week 3

The Rosetta Stone of your conscious and unconscious selves

See Details

In this week, we learn about the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) and how we can use what we know about the ANS as a cipher to translate the messages from our unconscious self and to encode our own messages using breathing. There are lots of techniques this week! By this point you're becoming pretty fluent in the basics of The Language of Breath.

Week 4

The role of carbon dioxide tolerance in building a positive relationship between your conscious and unconscious selves

See Details

Week 5

The role of superventilation, hypoxia, and hypocapnia in developing a stronger relationship between the conscious and unconscious selves

See Details

In this section, we cover circular breathing, what is happening biologically, and how the use of these kinds of techniques can be used in conjunction with CO2 tolerance techniques for maximizing the effects of the two styles. Again this section is complete with guided sessions and technical guidance.

Week 6

The Listening Exercise

In this section, we cover circular breathing, what is happening biologically, and how the use of these kinds of techniques can be used in conjunction with CO2 tolerance techniques for maximizing the effects of the two styles. Again this section is complete with guided sessions and technical guidance.

Week 7

& Beyond...

See Details

The course ends with guidance on how to use breathwork throughout your changing life, with a full understanding that life is not a static thing. It will constantly change, and as it does we have to be willing to change too. Developing a positive relationship with our unconscious self is a lifelong journey, but it is worth it! The healthiest self is a team, and building that team is the goal of the course.

What Other Participants Said

Garth

I'm not at war with myself like I used to be. I'm much more at peace. I'm able to understand better on a very deep level with myself when I'm at turmoil with myself and how to process that and just be able to make sense of it all.

Usheda

Learning the breath wave from the Language of Breath helped me breathe deeply into my belly and lower back, something I struggled with before. Practicing the breath wave has been a game changer, especially in preventing lightheadedness during chanting by managing my CO2 tolerance. This practice has created a profound energy flow in my body and has been truly life-changing.

Susan

One of the biggest things I learned through the Language of Breath is being more mindful and aware of my whole being—unconscious, conscious, and subconscious self. I realized that what I thought were different parts of me are actually all one. Understanding how I breathe and how my body responds has been crucial, especially when my nervous system needs rebalancing.

Chris

The biggest takeaway for me is understanding the 'language of breath.' Even as a practitioner and a teacher, I realized that my breath wave was off, and that tweak made a significant difference in my practice. Once I connected my conscious and unconscious self, I felt empowered and gained a better grasp of what breathwork is truly about.
