Aaron entered the breath space through a recovery path from addiction of drugs & alcohol in 2015. As a full time construction worker in St. Louis, Missouri he maintains a daily routine of yoga, meditation & breathwork. He is passionate about helping others build foundations in order to achieve their own mental health and/or fitness goals by empowering them to implement breathwork into their daily lives.
