About
Aurora is a nature-loving explorer with a deep reverence for the ocean, the earth, and the quiet power of the breath. By day, she works in the maritime industry as an engineer, maintaining and troubleshooting the mechanical systems that keep ships moving. She lovingly refers to it as her “introvert job”—a space where logic and solitude meet. But when she's not at sea, she has the freedom to pursue her other passion: guiding others back to themselves through the power of breath, her “extrovert job.”
From an early age Aurora felt an innate drive to support others. Whether through a simple conversation, a heartfelt hug, or sustained emotional care, helping always felt natural and right. But for years, she misunderstood the part about taking care of herself first. Overworking, overgiving, and numbing became familiar patterns, until the whisper of her own inner voice grew too loud to ignore.
That voice led her to a breathwork retreat in Costa Rica—ironically, in search of tools to help others. It was there she realized that she was the one in need of healing. Breathwork became the catalyst for her transformation—the practice that taught her how to truly care and take time for her. It helped her meet the parts of herself she had long buried and begin the process of rebuilding from the inside out.
Now a certified Language of Breath Facilitator and Level 2 Nordic Flow practitioner, Aurora holds space with compassion, clarity, and a grounded sense of joy. Aurora invites you to reconnect—to your body, your breath, and the truth that you are always worth caring for.
