"David Skarzynski is currently a police officer and has been for the past 10 years. Prior to his position as a police officer, he was employed by The Connecticut Department of Corrections for 20 years.

David’s introduction into the breath workspace began in 2015 when he found an article on Wim Hof. Through the Wim Hof approach David then found static apneas and, with his love for the water he found Free Diving. David went through Free Diving International Instructor basic and advanced courses, currently with the max depth of 27 meters and a max breath, hold of 4-minutes.

While looking for breathing techniques for his fellow officers, he discovered Jesse Coomer’s Language of Breath. David was certified under Jesse Coomer in the summer of 2025 and is currently targeting his audience towards the first responder and sports related realms."
