About
Harry Jugpall has served as a police officer in Canada for over twenty years, with the majority of his career spent in investigative roles such as Major Crime, Neighbourhood Enforcement, and Organized Crime Enforcement. He has been responsible for investigating some of the most serious offences, including shootings, firearms trafficking, and large-scale drug investigations. Today, he continues to serve as an active duty officer on a specialized tactical unit tasked with detecting and apprehending some of the most violent individuals in society. His work has placed him in high-stress and dynamic environments, requiring both tactical readiness and deep self-awareness.
In 2020, Harry sustained a serious traumatic brain injury while on duty. Breathwork became a critical tool in his healing process, allowing him to recover, rebuild resilience, and return to the career he is deeply passionate about. That experience ignited his commitment to living a brain-centric lifestyle focused on longevity, resilience, and inner balance.
Harry is certified as a Language of Breath facilitator and an Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Coach.
He integrates performance-focused breathing methods with trauma-informed practices to help others harness the breath as a tool for both recovery and growth. Whether it is learning to regulate the nervous system under pressure, enhancing physical performance, or cultivating calm and presence, Harry believes the breath is a bridge between the external challenges of life and the inner strength required to meet them.
A lifelong martial artist, Harry trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Qigong, and finds equal passion on the mountains and the mats.
His love of hiking and mountaineering has led him to Nepal, where in 2025 he completed the trek to Everest Base Camp and summited Island Peak.
These pursuits, combined with his dedication to family, meditation, and creative expression through music, form the foundation of his philosophy: resilience is built when discipline meets presence, and strength is found in both struggle and stillness.
Harry is especially passionate about serving first responders and advancing men’s mental health, with a focus on breaking cultural barriers within the South Asian community. He is committed to creating safe spaces for those navigating PTSI and TBI, offering breathwork as both a practical tool and a path toward healing from within.
