Nick’s health journey began at the age of 21 when, having grown up avoiding eating anything resembling healthy food, he bravely forced himself to start eating salads.
As he began to consume more leafy greens, the skin condition he’d dealt with for the prior few years disappeared and his energy levels improved.
He was struck by one simple question - “If just eating salads cleaned up my skin and gave me this much energy, just how far does this rabbit hole go?”
He never looked back, and spent the next 15 years voraciously studying, going on retreats, racking up multiple certifications, and coaching clients. With his Language of Breath certification, Nick is eager to teach people how breathwork can improve sports performance & recovery, how it can be used to increase resilience and fortitude, and especially how to help people come out of a chronically stressed state and to come home, to deep peace, balance, and harmony.
