About

Tai has worked as a personal trainer, instructor, and fitness coach for over a decade. After being diagnosed with early-onset arthritis 27 and being medically retired from the Army Tai used fitness to rebuild her physical and mental strength and discovered that her purpose was to help others do the same.

Using a holistic approach, Tai supports women to achieve their fitness & well-being and build more joy and fulfillment into their daily lives. With small daily habits we can change ourselves and live out our days more authentically & whole heartedly.
