Full Curriculum
The complete Language of Breath method: functional breathing mechanics, a trained sequence for facilitating deep listening practices, a system for designing and documenting sessions, real assessment tools for tracking client progress, and the ethics of holding space for someone else's nervous system. Interoception training is grounded in Dr. Cynthia Price's systematic research, not treated as an informal add-on.

How it actually works.
You move through the curriculum in modules, at a pace that fits a real schedule with a real job and a real life attached to it. Live practicum sessions happen on a fixed calendar so you are practicing facilitation with real people, not just watching videos alone, running real assessments, writing real recap emails, and getting corrected on the small things that only show up when someone else is watching. Most facilitators complete the full program in three to six months, though the material stays available to you until you finish.
The certification exam is the same one hybrid students take. It tests what you actually know and can do, not which room you were sitting in when you learned it.
The pacing is not an accident. A breakthrough session with a client is not the same thing as real progress for them, and that same logic applies to how you learn to facilitate. Modules, live practicums, and faculty feedback spread across months build the actual skill of walking with a client over time, whatever their goal, instead of handing you a single weekend of technique and calling it a credential.
Graduation is not the end. The Residency is a full year of it.

Might want the in-person capstone someday? You are not locked out of it.
Certifying online now does not close the door on the in-person experience. If you decide later that you want the Brian Head, Utah capstone week, you can add it for 50% off the standalone hybrid price, about $100 more than if you had booked hybrid from the start. There is no penalty for changing your mind.

People who cannot take a week away from work or family right now. People who learn well through consistent remote practice instead of a single intensive week. People who have already decided they want to facilitate and would rather start now, remotely, than wait for the right travel window to open up.
None of that makes the credential smaller. It makes the path fit the life you actually have.
Questions specific to the online track
Is the online certification less rigorous than hybrid?
No. Both tracks require the same curriculum mastery and pass the same certification exam. The difference is format, not standard.
What equipment do I need?
A reliable internet connection, a webcam, and a quiet space where you can practice facilitation exercises out loud without interruption during live sessions.
How long do I have to finish?
Most facilitators complete the program in three to six months. Course material remains available to you until you finish, so a slower pace does not put your enrollment at risk.
Does the online track include The Residency too?
Yes. Every graduate, online or hybrid, gets the same full year of post-graduation support through The Residency: weekly Language Labs, monthly professional development sessions, and ongoing access to our resources and community chat.
Already took the $799 online course? Do you have to pay $3,200 on top of that?
No. That course is the same first phase of this curriculum, and the $799 you already paid is credited in full toward the $3,200 online certification.
